Our service agreements are based upon services rendered on a time basis, rather than a project basis. Time is drawn on account in minimum 15 minute increments which includes email correspondence and phone calls. Clients are billed for travel time, if necessary. Onsite consultations have a one hour minimum.
We have a policy to collect a retainer fee towards the work to be completed but this can be negotiated. Please note that all clients will receive a detailed time card showing hours work and tasks accomplished.
