Franchise Tax in South Dakota

If your corporation in South Dakota is a domestic corporation (a corporation organized in South Dakota) or a foreign corporation (a corporation organized in a state other than South Dakota) you must file an annual report. The annual report, along with a $50 fee, is payable to the Secretary of State.

For domestic and foreign limited liability companies, an annual report with a fee of $50 is due each year.
