Franchise Tax in Oregon

If your corporation in Oregon is a domestic corporation (a corporation organized in Oregon) or a foreign corporation (a corporation organized in a state other than Oregon), you must file an annual report. The annual report, along with a $50 fee, is submitted to the Secretary of State.

Limited liability companies must also pay an annual fee of $50 for domestic LLCs or foreign LLCs.
