I am just getting started with my company and have not yet transitioned from full time employee to full time employer. It is still tight finance wise because I am just starting and there are many, many things to suck up the funds. Like those pesky business licenses and insurance and that sort of thing. But I am still able to pay rent and buy groceries so I think its a win for me. I am looking forward to the transition to being my own full time job rather then needing to work for others.

Business revenue down 13%, but expenses are down 10%, so the only big change is that we started our first marketing program one month ago, are hiring an under-employed MBA part-time, and have a line of credit we will tap to carry us for six months.
